About the event
The Annie Armstrong Circle is a vibrant group of 30+ UBC ladies dedicated to continuing the work of our namesake, Annie Armstrong. She was a tireless advocate for missionaries who encouraged churches to support mission work through prayer and sacrificial giving.
Our group meets midday on the second Tuesday of each month in the UBC Fellowship Hall. We enjoy learning about how we can support local mission opportunities with various non-profits such as The Alyssa House, Yellow Door Project, Lilypads, AIM, LoveINC, and Georgia's Friends, Inc.
In the fall, we offer assistance to GraceInside, and in the spring to Olive Branch Ministries in Appalachia. Special projects include collecting items for refugee families and local school children.
